After my earlier post about the Site Build It scam review caper I was interested to see just how things would pan out. I never thought this whole exercise was about Site Build It or whether it was a scam or not or even whether it was about getting Lissie's post about Site Build It to the top of the SERPS, although that was a part of it and a successful part!

Grix has just explained on his site the irony of what has just happened, how SEO works and how you can achieve similar results. The irony is that the Site Build It fraternity pay through Adwords to get their Site Build It Sites appearing on google's pages and also on sites and blogs that mention Site Build It or ask the question is Site Build It a scam or not.

As there are now lots of sites relating to Site Build It and whether it is a scam then ads.for Site Build It will be apperaing on sites that are criticizing SBI and any clicks on the ads. will be paid for by SBIers into the Adsense accounts of people who don't believe in the value of Site Build It. How ironic is that.

There are many ways to work from home and make money, even for beginners or if you are retired. It's not too difficult but it does require work. First of all you must realize there is no need to pay anyone anything, you certainly don't need to sign up to expensive schemes like Site Build It - it is quite possible to make money online for free. The subject of this post, however, is not how to make money online or work from home, it is what happens after you have started to work from home and set up a successful online business. Particularly what will happen to the money you are making online when you die. I could have said 'if' you die, but we all know that 'when' is more accurate !

If you are making money blogging from Adsense or earning money from websites via affiliate programs or by selling e-books, then you have created a passive income stream and no doubt you enjoy seeing the money being paid into your various online accounts each month. But who else knows about your online money making ventures? You need to be organized and also think the unthinkable. What would happen to the money you are currently earning online if you were to die in a car accident tomorrow? Just think of all those blogs that will live on forever in cyberspace, earning money from Adsense clicks ! Creepy n'est-ce pas ?

If you are a mom and you work from home or even if you are retired and making money from the Internet, or whatever your particular situation, then it is important that you let your family or friends know just what it is you do and how you earn money online. You may be making anything from a few dollars a day to a few hundred dollars a day from your blogs and minisites and websites etc... but if you are the only one who knows how you are making this money and where the money goes to and which accounts it is paid into, then what happens when you die ?

Your blogs and websites will still be making you money but if you haven't taken steps to ensure that your nearest and dearest are aware of your money making activities then any system you have set up to make money on the Internet will be totally wasted, as your passive income continues to accumulate but is paid into bank accounts that nobody is aware of and to which nobody has the codes or passwords.

This could cause a serious nightmare for your family if they are not able to gain access to or if they are not aware of any money that may be being paid into your accounts as a result of your hard work online. Could you die happily if you thought that your passive income was not going to your family members but was languishing in some dormant account somewhere? Sorry to be so macabre, but it does require some reflection.

Also if you work at home your blogs and websites may require updating from time to time. You may have an excellent online money making system in place that runs almost automatically, but if you don't let someone know what it is and how it works, then the source of money you are earning from home will either dry up or will end up in bank accounts or paypal accounts etc... that nobody knows exist.

It is a rather gruesome thought, but as you enjoy your life in the afterlife what will be happening to all the online money making activites that you have carefully and painstakingly set up ?

So my recommendation, if you are making money online, and if you want your family to continue to benefit from the money you are making, is that you take a piece of paper and write down detailed instructions to whoever it is that will be inheriting your online money making empire to let them know how all your various home working systems actually work and what they need to do to continue to ensure that they can earn money from your efforts.

It would be such a pity to let Google or paypal reap the rewards from all the hard work (this may be part of their long-term business plan after all!) you have invested to be able to work from home !

Beginners Can Make Money Online

Make Money Online for Beginners and the Retired - A Strange Event !

As you have no doubt noticed (not) this wonderful blog now features on page 1 of Google for the keywords "make money online for beginners", which is odd for a number of reasons. It has a post about Bernie Madoff right there in position 6 on page ! That in itself is weird, as that particular post has nothing to do with how beginners can learn to make money online and has nothing to do with making money online in general ! Nevertheless it seems to be stuck there in some type of disturbingly sneering time warp as if to mock my very essence.

Earlier today I had 2 pages on the first pages of Google for "make money online for beginners" ! Then all of a sudden one of them (the home page) disappeared back down to page 2. Why I asked myself ? Well the only thing I can think of is that I wrote another post - the Site Build It Video Analysis by Vic post - which also made little mention of making money online for beginners, but we shall see.

So this little post is by way of an experiment which is just as well. Just a few more heaves and I'll be knocking the Griz off topspot for the make money online for beginners malarkey !

After that we shall be attacking the make money online blogging niche and then just the make money online niche, after that we migh tactually make some money online ! Hope springs eternal.

The last couple of days have been talen up to a large extent by the Lissie Scam Review of Site Build It - see my post Site Build It - The Evoy Empire where you will find links to all the important places.

Lissie has demonstrated excellent troll battling skills and has had to deal with a few hundred comments from well-wishers and nay-sayers alike and at the same time post here, there and everywhere about SBI - so a good time has been had by one and all. This blog even got a couple of comments ! That's just as well as I don't know what I'd do if I had 200 comments a day to deal with.

Anyway I now await the reaction of the Lords of the Universe to this short reflective piece and I also need to get a few more quality backlinks methinks, if any of you know where they hang out then please let me know ! I am curious to see if the SERPS have burps and just where I will be ranked tomorrow for make money online for beginners and the retired and possibly even the dead. Hmmm now there's a thought.

After the Site Build It Scam or not Scam furore over the weekend Vic Franqui made an excellent video about Internet marketing, SEO, what beginners need to know to make money online, money making keywords, how to make money online blogging etc... and how to work out just how much people are actually making online not how much the say they are making online. Be warned that Vic uses no swear words in this video ! So if you are expecting lots of words beginning with F you will be sorely disappointed - this is strictly family friendly stuff ! I was shocked !

You may also notice that despite the fact that this blog ranks on page 1 of Google for "make money online for beginners" there are (at the moment) no ads on this blog ! That's because I'm punishing Google ! They are rich enough already. - Update I have put the ads. back on - at least down the left hand side as this forms part of my ongoing examination of how feasible it is to make money online blogging using Adsense.

Site Build It! - Scam Review The Evoy Empire - Is Site Build It a scam or is it the Ideal Way to Make money Online for Beginners for work at home moms?

[UPDATE : There is a healthy discussion going on over at Mr Pavlina's forum about Site Build It where Toban has posted a negative review of Site Build It - and I was interested to read the following there " You can get over 1000 visitors a month (I have around 700), still monetization is difficult.You can get coaching to improve your site, that is extra ,3 hours ($180) . Otherwise great support." An extra $180 for 3 hours coaching after you have already paid $300 ! Lol - I'm clearly in the wrong business! ]

I was over at Tel's The Honest Way forum this morning ostensibly minding my own business but actually trying to figure out how to make money online when I stumbled upon a message about Site Build It!

Apparently a lady called Lis has written a post called Site Build It Scam Review - now did she mean this is a review of a scam called Site Build It! or did she mean this is a scam review of Site Build It! ? Well, one for the purists to argue over there.

I was interested enough to read it, however, as I had often wondered if Site Build It! was a scam or if it was worth the $300 they charge for you to build a site using their software and host it with them, given that I wanted to learn how to make money online not spend money online, which I find is generally quite easy and does not require a manual or any expensive software, in fact when you try to spend money online you will find that people go out of their way to make the whole experience a joy ! So a Site Build It review was just what I was looking for.

In her 'review' Lis is pretty scathing about Site Build It! She in fact calls it a scam, although not a traditional scam, probably a new and improved sort of scam, but she is not too specific about why it is not traditional. She also accuses Steve Pavlina of going over to the dark side by promoting SBI on his site (for monetary gain no doubt given the presence of an affiliate link back to the Site Build It! site).

This is why I entitled my post Site Build It! Scam Review - The Evoy Empire ! Pretty neat huh ? I hope no-one else got there first.

Anyway this SBI review scam post by Lis has caused a great deal of furore, as SBI! is likened to a cult of adoring and blinkered worshippers. The members of the cult love it and have threatened Lis with lawsuits, excommunication, roast chestnuts etc... the ex-members, escapees and other non-believers say Site Build It is a scam and a waste of money or worse, that it turns your brain to mush ! But let's face it brains already look like mush in the first place.

Personally I have always thought $300 was too expensive for stuff you can get for free elsewhere. Why cough up money when you don't have to has been my guiding philosophy in life and coughing up $300 to learn how to make money on the Internet or to work from home seemed to me to be a retrograde step. No, no I hear, it is an investment! Well in that case why not offer to delay the 'investment' until the investor has actually made $300 using the money making system that is being offered ? Just a thought. In my experience I have found that people are always keen to get the money in their pockets first and then do the talking afterwards, which makes me think that the goal is not to make money online for YOU but to make money online for THEM.

Griz goes a lot further and says straight up not to buy it - Site Build It - Don't Buy It !- Vic Franqui in his own inimitable style has made a video saying it is a waste of money - SBI Noobs Are So Funny - this guy ain't got a clue but he might improve, so I've taken pity on him Site Build It Reviews and I don't know what this guy's up to but he says he likes my pictures so he's obviously got good taste - The Great Site Build It Scam - see also - Site Build It

Let's face it $300 is a lot of money for just one site ! If you are trying to make money online using Adsense then that will take a lot of adsense clicks before it is paid for and if you want more Site Build It sites, then it is $300 each time - affiliates get $75 of that $300 - so you can see why it is seen by many to be nothing more than a MLM pyramid scheme where people make their money by selling the software, not from the sites they actually put up. Plus you can put up sites to earn money online for free anyway on blogger, or if you really like using Wordpress then you can pay for your own hosting and set up a whole host of your own money making sites for $300.

Personally, I like free ! I tried Wordpress and couldn't see the point. This site does not make money online (yet) although it does allow me to work from home (despite being on page 2 of Google ! - I wish to complain to the manager !!) and the Wordpress sites I made also did not make money online, but they were a pain in the rear-end and cost me money online for hosting, so I knocked them on the head ! Bonk !

Make Money Online from Anti-Social Blogging

Can you make money online and still be anti-social? Well I certainly hope so, otherwise I'm really screwed!

This blog is nominally about how to earn money online blogging. Unfortunately it doesn't make any money ! At least not yet ! Despite being on page 1 of Google for some terms and being on page 2 for make money online blogging !

This tells me one thing at least - being on page 2 for "make money online blogging" doesn't cut the mustard. My illustrious blog is at the moment on page 2 for that particular collection of keywords (at least that's where it is where I am), whereas on page 1 top of the pile you will see the original professional blogger - Problogger himself - who apparently makes tons of cash, although he probably makes more from his photography blog and other ventures than from his actual make money blogging blog.

However, also on page 1 at no. 10 you will see Garry Conn, who apparently does not make money from his make money blog - at least he didn't last time I checked, how do I know? because he said so himself - he also does not have Adsense on his blog so he is therefore not in a position to make money from Adsense, so any money he is making is coming from the services he offers, the ad. spots on his site and affiliate links.

This is all fine and dandy of course but it is not for me. Why ? Because it is too much like work.

First you've got to create a professional looking site (which is not as easy as it looks) or pay someone else to create it for you. Then you have to convince people that your services are worth their hard-earned money. You've got to 'network' and do some online schmoozing, make friends and influence people etc... Then you've got to deliver. I just want to go to sleep most of the time. So I need to find a way to make money online while you sleep actually I meant to say while I sleep, but it came out all wrong!

After all that schmoozing and telling people how interesting they are, while they generally ignore you because you are clearly not as interesting as THEY are, you've got to deal with the 'after sales service' the complaints, hassles, rude comments etc... Does that sound like the sort of stuff you want to do ? If you could make a couple of hundred grand a month for doing it then maybe, but I doubt very much that that's going to happen anytime soon.

So that sort of social blogging, networking, online socializing route is not for me, I just ain't very sociable! And the older I get the more anti-social I get. What I want is to write a few hundred words of something or other (sorry I meant to say 'quality content') stick it up on my tired looking blog, maybe ping something or someone and that's about it ! If that sounds like what you want to do too then welcome to the make money online from anti-social blogging club! A very anti-social club, but a club nevertheless, usually such clubs have one misanthropic member.

Well, apparently, making money online this way can be done! The only thing you've got to crack is the SERPS ! You've got to get your blog to the top of page 1 on Google for your chosen keyword e.g. ice cream makers ! The keyword you choose has got to be popular of course - for example the keywords "make money online" get around 200,000 searches every month on average (according to Google's Adwords Keyword tool) and people pay around 52,000 Vietnamese Dong per click ! Wow, I'm moving to Vietnam !

"Ice cream makers" however got 300,000 searches in February and cost around 17,000 Vietnamese Dong a click, which admittedly is less but I suspect that you will get more clicks from Ben and Jerry's ice cream maker community than from the make money online free community, such as it is.

So if you don't want to join facebook or myspace, you really can't be arsed twittering, and you can't get your head around stumbling and bumbling, digging and pligging then you are an anti-social blogger and shame on you ! But you still got to eat and it ain't all those nice social bloggers that are going to feed you. They will just tell you to get your butt into gear and stop being such a drain on society, and why didn't you vote for Obama and why you should forgive the Taliban and that we should never have liberated Iraq and how nice it is to get comments on your blogs and if you would only buy my e-book then you will see just how nice and cuddly the world really is.

Well let me tell you the harsh truth, only rich people get something for nothing, apart from Universal Consciousness of course, we are all born with that for free, in fact that is what we really are so it doesn't matter if you can't spare a dime 'cos your true nature is the Unborn eternal consciousness to which this vale of tears is but a dream - if by chance you are interested in discovering the truth about your essential nature, and destiny has somehow mysteriously brought you to this blog, and you've been wondering what the hell has been going on up to this point, then check out the best in the business when it comes to understanding Universal Consciousness and the Atman - Ramana Maharshi. Steer clear of self-development gurus who want your money or your wife, Ramana Maharshi never wanted anything from anyone and he gave away everything he knew for free ! So check him out if you're interested in that sort of thing.

If, however, you want to make money online then you're going to have to do something, except maybe if you buy a lottery ticket and get really really lucky.

So anyway, the thing you absolutely gotta do is to get to the top of page 1 of Google for a niche that brings home the bacon. Did you know for example that around 100 people a month in Saudi Arabia search for the word 'bacon' ? And that it costs 2.12 Saudi Riyal per click. Why would people in Saudi Arabia be searching for 'bacon'? Maybe a slice of bacon is like porn or something down there ? Who knows. Maybe we should tell the authorities.

At this point let me stop with the bacon waffles and tell you what you need to do to drive search traffic to your blog. These tips are direct from the horse's mouth, i.e. from someone or something who has done it (he got 1.5 million visitors to 3 blogs in 8 days - so hats off to ole grizzly bear - assuming he's telling the truth of course and here's another gratuitous link - make money online for beginners) - so this is worth listening to, as you can tell by the fact that I've put it in bullet points (I've also cunningly changed the wording slightly, but not the meaning, as I don't want Uncle G. thinking I'm plagiarizing someone else's quality content !)

How to Get Visitors to Your Blog from Search Engines

1. Your URL must contain your keyword (e.g. the URL of this site is netmonetization.com which does not contain the keyword "make money" or even "eat bacon" so it is bad, so bad in fact that I am taking measures to do something about it).
   
2. Your Blog Title must contain your keyword (the blog title of this blog is "Make Money Online for Beginners" so that's good - well done me).
   
3. Your Post Titles must contain your keywords (this post title is "make money online from anti-social blogging" so that's OK although a bit long - Google will only use the first 5 words and will even chop them down if they are too long, which is why I made my first 3 words "make money online").
   
4. Your post must contain your keywords and "related terms" (well I think I've done that)
   
5. Your blog settings must be set to show only 1 post per page, with the proviso that if all your posts relate to the same keywords then you can have more than 1 post per page (that's useful to know - as this blog is an old blog with all sorts of keywords, including 'nudetube' but more of that later.)
   
6. If you are using Adsense in your attempt to make money online blogging then stick to one post per page at all times (jolly good, I shall).
   
7. If you use pictures (which I do) then the keywords must be used in the alt tags (what the hell is the alt tag ? you may ask. Well if you insert a picture, then click on HTML when writing your post you will see this - alt="" - inside all the gobbledygook code for the picture, that is the alt tag and you need to put your keywords between the " " e.g. "make money online".
   
8. Use html for your pages content (I do that anyway by default I think)

The other main thing you need to do is to get backlinks ! One way of doing that is to install SEOBook and SEOQuake then visit other people's sites and SEOBook will show you where their backlinks are coming from, so that will give you a clue as to where to go to get backlinks. In my experience though that is the toughest part, especially if you're an anti-social blogger !

One final word about 'nudetube'- this blog is supposedly about making money online yet very few people actually end up here by searching for 'make money online' on Google. The largest percentage of people find this blog by typing 'nudetube' into Google. Why you may ask? Well because I once wrote a post about nudetube and how that particular domain name had sold for $167,000 - just the name, no content. You can also make money online trading domain names!

Another thing people are looking for on this blog is Kontera - can you make money online using Kontera ? - don't even think about it ! Kontera applies what they call Clause 4.2 but what you could equally well call Catch 4.2 - which says that if you make $5 or less in a month then Kontera will keep that for themselves, thank you very much, and will not carry it forward to the next month ! Outrageous scam ?! Well yes, but it's all legal apparently - for further information on Kontera and the different ways in which they pocket the online money you thought you had made, see Is Kontera Any Good?

I digressed slightly there, but I've finished anyway, so now that you know how to make money online being an anti-social blugger then go forth and multiply ! There's nothing here to buy, it's all free ! Even the pictures ! In my attempt to battle my way up the SERPS my next post will be entitled "make money online showing stuff to people". Before you read this post let me just warn you that you are likely to be disappointed. You will discover how to get to the top of Google's revered listings, but you will still be disappointed, such is life I'm afraid, just one disappointment piled on top of another, but if you want to know how to make money online blogging you may nevertheless learn something of value from my high-quality illustrated post ! I'm warning you in advance because I don't want you coming round my house with a bag of fertilizer and blowing up my prize marrows !

Getting to the top of Google's listings is of course the goal of any self-respecting blogger who wants to make money from blogs, because this will prove he is a real writer writing quality content and providing an invaluable service to humanity. What rubbish people spout ! Not my rubbish of course, but the general rubbish that people gurgitate into cyberspace to make themselves feel good. How can you feel good? Get a religion and that might help but otherwise you are headed to the grave, is that good ? Maybe.

Anyway, I digress. Why am I writing this post on a blog about how to make money online blogging giving away the secret of how to get to the topspot on Google? Surely if I knew that particularly spicy secret I would keep it and the vast amounts of money I make blogging to myself. You bet your life I would. World domination is my goal.

So anyway I'll try again to let you in on the secret I just discovered from a supremo excellent blogger extraordinaire over on that great mystery that is hubpages. I say mystery because I don't use hubpages, yet, and I went there to see how it was done and whether it was worthwile. Well if the guy I just read is anything to go by I may as well go sit on the john reading back copies of 'Make Money Offline by Selling Plastic Potties at Plastic Potty Parties'.

The person in question, who shall remain a non e-mouse proudly displayed his achievement on a very neat and shiny looking hubpage. Obviously I was intrigued, who wouldn't be ? 10 out of 10 for the catchy title ! Just how do you get a hubpage to number 1 spot in Google I wondered ? Pray tell me the secret. Keyword stuffing ? Bribery ? Assassination of all your competitors ? A million backlinks from Bangladeshi educational institutes ? No ! None of that underhand BS. This guy is a regular Ned Flanders he did it by writing quality content and following instructions ! Cool, that's nice to know. You create a hub according to hubpages instructions (very long and complicated) you write some of that fine quality content we hear so much about - mmmmmmmmmmmmmm quality content - and you naturally end up as number 1 on Google, as you are certainly entitled to and achieve your secret goal which is of course to earn money online ! Fantastic, now all we have to do is do the same and he will be pushed off the number 1 spot pretty damn quicky. Chop chop.

I was impressed, but then I am an idiot.

I recommend that you save your admiration, if you have any, until you hear the end of this particular sorry tale.

He gave the name of his hubpage so that we could check that he was telling it as it is and the name was "date keyword keyword" see if you can find it, I'm chicken and really can't stand the hassle of arguing with people. But I checked it all out, as he said, using the keywords he said and indeed there was his hubpage proudly sitting on top of the Google pile of quality websites dispensing information about his chosen subject to anyone who cared to click on his page and have a look.

Excellent I thought, it really is that easy to make money online blogging, write quality stuff which Google's computers recognize as being high quality. Wow those Google computers are really smart ! They can actually understand what they are reading ! I want one of those, I would get it to write my next best-selling novel while I slope off to do some serious screwing together of my fake Louis XV commodes.

Wouldn't it be great to have computers that were so smart they did everything and we could play frisbee all day ? Yes that is no doubt the future for mankind, as those nice people at Google and Microsoft work towards our common good and forego their billionaire lifestyle as they discover the joys of philandering - sorry I meant philanthropy or should that be licanthropy - but it all came out wrong. See how much I need a smart computer, nothing would come out wrong then !

So the smart guy I read on hubpages got his hubpage to page 1 number 1 and his blog to page 1 no. 4 !! Double exclamation marks !

Now of course comes the disapppointment which I promised you back at the beginning of telling you how to get your blog to the top of page 1 in Google. Some of you experienced bloggers who are already know how to earn money online may be way ahead of me here - like I said I am pretty dim at times.

How did he get his blog to the first page of Google?

Unfortunately it was not too difficult. He simply, in his wisdom, or otherwise, picked keywords that only throw up 305 results in Google ! Doh ! Why didn't I think of that before poring over his words of wisdom ? Are you disappointed now? Well, you should be, I know I was.

And not only are there only 305 pages for his 3 particular keywords, according to Google Adwords Keyword Tool these keywords are only searched 58 times a month ! So 305 results and 58 searches a month and he got to the top of page 1 - it's a miracle ! If you take out the first keyword (the date he used) and just use the last 2 keywords you get 720 searches and 30,700 results - and where is his hubpages page ? On page 6 ! Hardly an achievement. So as an experiment I will see if I can get to the first page of Google for the keywords "2010 year of the Tiger I will make money online" 'cause my Chinese astrology sign is the Tiger. Hmmm I wonder ? I haven't checked if anyone else has got there first 'cause I read somewhere that Google frowns upon such behaviour so I'll check in a couple of days to see. I will, however, put up a picture of a Tiger 'cause the guy said it was important to stick up relevant pictures as per the hubpages instructions. And a picture of Homer Simpson trying to think. And maybe one of a dodo too 'cause I think it's about time we did something to protect the dodo.

Anyway, there you have it. How do you get your page to the top of Google? Pick a few keywords with no competition, write a really fantastic post full of high-quality content and stick up some really neat no-copyright pictures and maybe a video or two with 15 relevant tags and at least 10 relevant links (helpful ones not spammy ones) - repeat abadabababa oogle oogle oogle click your heels three times and spin around twice and you too will be on page 1 of Google, grasshopper.

Ooo and another thing I almost forgot - I am already on page 1 of Google - in positions no. 1 no. 2 and no. 3 (and I don't even know how no. 1 got there 'cause it's from blogcatalog that I signed up for ages ago and never use) - just check "make money blogging for rookies" and you will see there I am on Page 1 No. 1 - damn I could've written a hubpage about it ! Maybe I will. Tee hee.

So don't forget to rise throught the SERPS and get to page 1 of Google you just need to pick a topic no-ne else writes about ! Whether or not you will make money online blogging is another matter.

Want to make money online blogging ? Then steer clear of Kontera.

A long time ago in my frenzied quest to make money online blogging I signed up for Kontera, put their ads. on this blog and soon more or less forgot about it. The price paid per click by Kontera is so low it is a joke, but over many many months I managed to claw my way up to the giddy heights of $22 ! The limit for payout is the same as Google's $100 so I figured what the hell I'll just wait till it gets to $100 then take the ads. down - they are after all taking business away from my Adsense account but this blog is about making money online blogging so I thought eventually I would get my $100 and ride off into the sunset. A very bad calculation.

I thought that Kontera was like Google i.e. a straight up regular sort of company that was into online advertising. I was to be cruelly disappointed.

Imagine my surprise when I logged in to my Kontera account recently to discover that I couldn't find my 22 dollars anymore, they appeared to have simply vanished into cybersapce and Kontera's payment history only goes back 6 months so I coudn't find them, no matter how hard I tried. This, however, was only the first of my surprises.

After emailing support I got an email back drawing my attention to Kontera Payment Terms Clause 4.2 - perhaps Catch 4.2 would be a better name - the relevant part of which I reproduce below for your edification

4.2 Payment Terms ............ Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Revenue Share for any given month is five dollars ($5) or less, Kontera shall not be liable to the Publisher for any such payment.

TAKE NOTE ! If you are trying to make money online blogging and if you make $5 or less in a month from your Kontera ads. then in fact you make nothing at all because Kontera keep that money for themselves ! What's the word I'm searching for ? Scum or something like that. So if you are a small blog with only a few visitors then Kontera is effectively worse than a waste of time as a way of making money online as it is actually costing you money !

So if you are wondering is Kontera worth it? Or should I sign up to Kontera? Or is Kontera any good ? Or should I put Kontera on my blog ? Or is Kontera a good alternative to Adsense ? Or can I make money with Kontera? Or can I make money online blogging using Kontera ? Or whether Kontera sucks or not. Then clearly the answer is yes the that last question but NO to everything else, don't bother with Kontera. Even if you've got a blog getting 500,000 visitors a month then there are betting paying schemes than Kontera, so stick with them.

The money I lost with Kontera is of course neither here nor there, even I am not so hard up that I am going to make a fuss about $22. The disappointing fact is that Kontera are skimming off accounts which make less than $5 in any given month and sticking it in their pockets. There is a word for that too of course, except that here it is legal because you have to agree to their terms before they accept you. They don't tell you of course to read Clause 4.2 before you sign up - they just assume that you will assume that you are dealing with straight up honest sort of guys, which of course you are - it's all legal and above board but also a total crock of shit and they know it. All those $5 dollars multiplied by how many thousands of accounts they can skim every month must Kontera feel really good about screwing the little guys.

Conclusion - avoid Kontera and stick with Adsense.
